Kenyan-Cincinnati Association (KCA) is an organization that works with Kenyans and Americans in the Cincinnati area. The objectives of this organization are to assist Kenyans who are new to the area, bring together all the Kenyans residing in the Cincinnati Metropolitan area, share rich Kenyan heritage with the American people, and assist people in need in Kenya and in Cincinnati through volunteering.

We hope that the holidays along with ushering in of the New Year were a blessing to you all.

To initiate our New Year activities, we shall start by having a meeting of the executive, KCA members and supporters of KCA on Saturday January 28 from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.

Venue: - New beginnings Fellowship center of North Bend Road (address - 1026 W North Bend Road

Cincinnati, OH 45224 ).

Agenda: - 1.] Listing down calender of activities for the year 2012,

2.] Reviewing and amending the KCA constitution (please read through it and if you do not have a copy request for one through Mr. John Ngenzi or Mr. Wafula (Secretary KCA).

3.] Review the scholarship awards and discuss the intent of widening the circle of opportunity by recruiting new recipients.

4.] Discuss our current position as regards to (501c status) among other items to be discussed.

N/B: Please note that the meeting will start as scheduled promptly, non-paid KCA members will participate as observers mainly. I therefore would like to take this opportunity to once again urge and encourage those of us who have not yet paid our membership to please do so.

May this first meeting in 2012 yield a heightened interest and commitment as we all make a conscious decision to reach out to fellow humanity
